What will my first visit be like?

We are thrilled that you have decided to give our office a try.  You will be greeted with a warm smile  every time  you walk in the door.  After you have signed in, you will be escorted to a private room where, if you have not already completed your new patient forms you can complete them.  One of our staff members will happily offer you, your choice of either coffee, tea or water.  Dr. Hammes will then come in and discuss with you your concerns and whether or not he feels that your case is something he may be able to help.  If after a consultation, he determines that you may qualify for treatment in our office he will do an exam. Upon completion of the exam he will discuss the next best step for your case, including whether or not you qualify for treatment and what he feels he can do to help you.  The rest is up to you!

Will I have to have any X-Rays?

Because each person has different needs based on his or her condition, Dr. Hammes will make the best determination for you and discuss with your the need for an X-Ray if one exists.

 Does my Insurance plan cover Chiropractic?

 Hammes Chiropractic has over 15 years of experience dealing with Health Insurance plans. Specific benefits for each patient vary greatly, our very knowledgeable Insurance department will be happy to help answer questions regarding your personal health plan. Our office accepts Major Medical, Personal Injury, Auto Accident and Medicare Assignments.

I have heard that once you start Chiropractic treatments you have to do it for the rest of your life, is this true?

Not at all, Chiropractic is a great safe non-invasive alternative to neck or back surgery and you can start and stop Chiropractic at any time.  At Hammes Chiropractic we do not have long-term treatment plans.  We pride ourselves on offering state of the art  chiropractic treatment options for the relief of low back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia, whiplash,and carpal tunnel syndrome. Our  main focus is  getting you out of pain as quickly as possible.

How quickly can I be seen?

TODAY!  Because we do not require you to make an appointment you can come by today, during our regular business hours and  we will work diligently to get you back to your pain free life as quickly as possible.
